E-commerce video ads for Japan

Introduce AliExpress through selected products and everyday situations relevant to Japanese audiences.

The work combined product demonstrations with Japanese copy, brand elements, and promotional information.

We led product selection, creative development, production, and launch.

Production included Japanese scripting, shot planning, live-action direction, filming, editing, and on-screen text. Product categories included consumer electronics, household items, car accessories, and outdoor products.

The portable SSD ad begins with a lost-travel-photos scenario at a laptop. Conversation and on-screen graphics then introduce the product and show how it connects to different devices.

The projector ad combines a two-person viewing scene with close-ups of the device and its controls.

Each concept gives the product a clear role in an everyday situation.

The SSD ad opens with the Japanese caption “旅行写真が全部消えた!?” — “All my travel photos are gone?!”

That familiar concern gives the scene its starting point. The dialogue, product shots, and graphics then explain the use case.

Deliverables included vertical video ads with two-person scenes, product demonstrations, Japanese captions, and AliExpress end cards.

The selected work covers home viewing, portable storage, and appliance control.
