Are your AI influencers real people?
Yes. Each of our AI influencers is based on a real person, with that person’s permission. The on-screen appearance is AI-generated, and the scenes are created for your brand.
The person behind the AI influencer can also be considered for live-action shoots or event appearances, with availability and terms agreed separately.
How is each person’s permission handled?
We confirm the person’s permission for the project and define the agreed use in the contract, including the content, media, territories, and term.
Before release, we review the content against those terms. Any new use is agreed with the person in advance.
When is it more cost-efficient than a traditional shoot or creator campaign?
For suitable concepts, AI production can cost less by avoiding a full shoot day and location booking. The same person’s likeness can appear in multiple pieces of content within the agreed scope and term.
This comparison covers production costs. Any fees for a creator to publish content on their own account are considered separately. The final cost depends on the creative, production needs, and intended use.
Will viewers know the content is AI-generated and an ad?
Yes. We make both the AI-generated nature of the content and its advertising purpose clear.
We plan the wording, placement, and publishing steps with your team before release. Scripted scenes are presented as brand advertising.
What will we receive?
You receive finished content, with creative development and production included.
We agree on the deliverables at the start, including the number of pieces, formats, captions, review stages, and usage terms. Publishing support can be included in the project scope.
Can we use the same person as a recurring brand character?
Yes. We can develop a series around the same person for an agreed period.
Ownership and usage rights for the character design, scripts, and other deliverables are agreed with your brand. The person retains the rights to their likeness, which is used with permission within the agreed scope and term. Extensions and new uses are agreed in advance.
What happens if we find a suspicious use of the person’s likeness?
You or the person featured can report it to us.
We share the permission records we hold and point the person to the platform’s reporting process. For legal advice, we can introduce a lawyer.
The platform decides whether to remove the content.
Can you help us cast talent in Japan?
Yes. You can select from our AI influencers through AI likeness previews. With the person’s permission, we can also show how they could look in your creative concept before full production begins.
We help brands find actors, models, and creators in Japan for live-action and AI projects, with casting based on the brief, intended use, and schedule.
We are also building a casting platform for AI content in Japan, where studios, producers, agencies, and brands will be able to find people who have agreed to appear and check their terms.
What does IP coordination include?
We help identify potential Japanese creators and IP partners, coordinate communication with rights holders, and organize commercial requirements.
The work can include translation, creative submissions, approvals, and schedule coordination.
Legal advice, trademark filings and regulated document preparation require separate engagement of appropriately qualified professionals.
What social media work do you take on?
We plan, create, and publish content for Japan on agreed platforms, at an agreed frequency, through an agreed approval process.
The scope can include content calendars, Japanese copy, visuals, videos, scheduling, publishing, and monthly reports. Community responses and creator coordination are agreed separately.
Can we work with you in English through our agency?
Yes. You can discuss the project with us in English.
Your marketing team or agency can coordinate the brief, reviews, and delivery. We agree on approval roles, responsibilities, and communication at the start.
What should we include in a brief, and how is the schedule set?
Please share your product, audience in Japan, campaign objective, planned platforms, content needs, and target launch date. Include your brand guidelines, approval requirements, intended territories, and usage period.
We then define the creative direction, casting needs, deliverables, review stages, and production schedule with your team.
